The flat is on the first floor at 5 Place de Belgique. ( if you need to locate it you can use google map system). It has a large bedroom with double bed and dressing, another room with two single beds, a very nice living room and each of them has a private balcony with a direct view a on square with trees! Pre-installed cable TV, and WIFI . I speak fluent english and can help you for this matter. Rented at the same price in september 2010 of 780 euros + utilities and will be now available from April 2012 till June 2012. In summer this flat is only rented on a weekly plan of 4 to 500 euros for 6 persons on holidays period .
