The appartment is very well located in a lovely street of the now famous Montorgueil pedestriabn district .The area is very animated and a walk around is the best way to discover the beauties of the city, the oldest buildings, fashion shops, trendy cafes,restaurants and foodstores at 50 meters of the apartment. Laundry at 150 meters. The appartment is located at the 2nd floor of a 18th century building (without elevator), faces away from the street,and is quiet and clear. It has a well equipped kitchen ,with a very convenient bar, a convertible sofa which is for two adults. Although the appartment can host up to 3 persons (there is a non convertible sofa which is big enough for one adult in case of need), it is best for a couple.There is modern confort with TV DVD HI FI and unlimited Internet.The area is the best place from which to visit Paris, as it is very centrally located and very well supplied in train, subway and bus stations.
